we took leighton to the dr for her 4 month check-up today. she weighs 14 lbs and is 24 3/4 inches long...
to compare Ollie was 14 lbs and 23 1/2 inches at 2 months;)

4 months

4 months already! she loves to suck her thumb and is rolling all over the place. she gets really frustrated because you can see she wants to move, just like ollie, we might have another early crawler/walker on our hands!

mother's day 2011

speaking of mother's day...ollie was looking through the photos on jonathan's phone and i saw this one for the first time. it is right after we checked into the hospital the day leighton was born. i wish you could see the baby bump more. i remember walking out of the bathroom trying to hold up my belly because it felt like she was going to come out right then and there...she was born very shortly after this photo was taken;)
